The annual Picture Willoughby outdoor exhibition showcases new digital artworks featuring iconic images of Willoughby City from the library’s Picture Willoughby photo archive, a collection of 9000 images from the 1890s to present day.

Each year, ten unique works are selected which have been created using other images, collage and mixed media and are finalists in a competition exploring our area’s rich and fascinating heritage.
