Set 1: Kung Fu Fan
Kung Fu fan first form has 52 steps. This is a dynamic and enjoyable fan form that incorporates wide range of movements from traditional Chinese kungfu, as well as movements from non-martial sources. The rhythm of the fan plus the distinctively motivating, energising music makes this routine both powerful and captivating.
Set 2: My Homeland
Second performance is My Motherland 13-style which has a set of health-preserving boxing stances suitable for middle-aged and elderly people. The music and movements are soft and relaxing at the same time exhibiting a degree of Taiji culture.
Set 3: Ningbo 18-form
First performance is Ningbo 18-form which was created by Mr. Cai Tianbiao, Chairman of Ningbo Wushu Association. The movements are soft and firm, coherent and even, with a sense of rigidity.
Set 4: Tai Chi Double Fan
The fan is an effective weapon. When you are practicing double fan, you feel as if you were dancing and moving with grace and fluidity. By combining the softness of the silk and the strength of the bamboo, taiji fan exemplifies inward calmness and outward power, a perfect combination of yin and yang. With constant practice, the movements improve posture, muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, balance, focus, mobility with hands/fingers and wrists.
