The Chatswood StreetFair- Stall applications now open.

Chatswood Mall, Victoria Avenue, Anderson Street, Spring Street and the Concourse will host stalls showcasing the finest craft, art, international food, live performances and family activities. With a StreetFair focus, we’re after lots of international food stalls to create the largest outdoor food party. Besides great food, we’re after boutique art and jewellery, clothing to specialty goods. Community non-profit stalls are always welcomed. Corporate and large businesses are encouraged to become a sponsor of the Chatswood StreetFair to take advantage our brand and additional promotional opportunities. We encourage stallholders to bring their own decorate their stalls.

Applications close on Friday 01 August 2025. Only successful applicants will be notified by this date. All other applicants will be added to the waiting list. Stallholder payments are due by Friday 08 August 2025. Fees and payment for permit to trade Please ensure you apply for the correct permit to trade at the StreetFair, otherwise fines may apply.

Stall type cost

Non profit and community stall (non-profit) - $197
Retail stall – Products and local services – 549
Food stall – Prepacked food – $549
Food stall  - Fresh drinks and snacks – $622
Food Stall – Freshly cooked onsite – $710
Food truck or trailer - Freshly cooked onsite – $710
Corporate stall - Large businesses and companies – $3013

Premium locations are available for a further fee:
Chatswood Mall or Victoria Avenue premium location - Additional rate per spot - $150
Stalls situated on Anderson Street or Spring Street or the Concourse are not considered premium locations and have no further fee associated.

Additional fete stalls or marquees may also be used for the event:
Hire of fete stall – 2.4m x 2.4m stall with built in tables and roof - $150
Hire of 3m marquee – 3m x 3m open marquee only - $300

Power is unavailable for stalls, stallholders must bring their own small generator for power supply. Do not send cheques or money with your application. If you are successful, you will receive a booking and payment instruction email via Willoughby City Council’s online booking system. Fees are due by Friday 8 August 2025. Failure to pay in full by the due date will result in the stall space being reallocated.
